Recovery

As an athlete, your body can take a beating. Whether from competition, practice, or training, athletes are bound to feel a little beat up at times. To combat this wear and tear, we offer Therapeutic Recovery sessions with one of our qualified physicians. During your session we will utilize a variety of modalities to help your body recover and feel better. Each session is completely personalized and specific to how you feel that day. Below you can learn about some of the recovery methods available to you.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Sore and fatigued muscles can become tight muscles without proper recovery and rest. We use different manual and massage techniques to help locate trigger points or tight muscles and help release them. This can help keep your body feeling well and avoid developing muscle imbalances.
